HVR's Support to the UK MoD's IFPA Programme Extended
30 Jun 2008
HVR Consulting will continue to provide the UK MoD Indirect Fire, Precision Attack programme with a wide range of high quality consulting services as the 3 year "Assessment Phase 2" moves into its second year.
HVR is an integral member of the industry consortium supporting the MoD in delivering a broad and persistent artillery capability to the UK Armed Forces. We will be delivering risk management, whole life cost modelling, safety and environmental management, RFI data management and military SME services across the programme.
HVR’s Project Manager for the IFPA programme, Russell Tarver, said, "This is a significant contract extension for HVR. We are delighted to extend our partnership with BAE Systems (Land Systems), BAE Insyte, MBDA and QinetiQ. HVR will continue to provide impartial advice and high quality consulting services into IFPA; supporting the successful delivery of the wider programme and ultimately enabling the MoD to shape the future of UK artillery to meet the changing demands upon our Armed Forces".
