HVR Consulting integrates into QinetiQ

HVR Consulting was acquired by QinetiQ in 2004 and has since been operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. Following the successful completion of a consultation period with our employees, the decision was been taken to transfer the assets and liabilities of HVR Consulting to QinetiQ, with effect from 1st May 2009. As of this date our employees became QinetiQ employees and we now operate under the QinetiQ brand.
Our Alton operations have transferred to QinetiQ’s Farnborough facility and we continue to operate from the QinetiQ premises in Bristol.
This is purely an organisational change which we expect to have minimal impact on our customers. They will still have access to the same dedicated Consultants delivering the same excellent standard of decision support and assurance, underpinned by QinetiQ’s wider experience and organisational structure.
