Cassandra
Jointly developed by HVR Consulting and the UK's Ministry of Defence, the Cassandra software application provides the ability to capture evidence to demonstrate that the Risk of Accident to personnel by equipment has been sufficiently reduced.
Cassandra is a comprehensive safety management software solution widely used throughout industry to help Safety Engineers and Managers mitigate risks. Providing a uniform approach to the collation of a Hazard Log, Cassandra records how Hazards, their Causes, and potential Accidents associated with the use of equipment or systems could contribute to the Risk of an Accident. The software allows users to introduce Controls, through an active risk tracking and management process, to minimise risks and provide data to demonstrate how the overall risk reduction was achieved.
